It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Nigerian Navy Secondary School (NNSS) Abeokuta’s website. The school which is situated on about 35 -acre piece of land at Adigbe, Abeokuta, Ogun State, is an all boys full boarding school. The school benefits from a wide range of superb facilities and infrastructures which include sporting and recreational facilities which make life at school home away from home for our students. The school was established in 1991. The School has a record of academic excellence in both internal and external examinations as well as competitions. The high level of discipline of the “NAVY BOYS” as they are fondly called has been continually maintained by a team of dedicated military and civilian staff. The school environment has equally enjoyed relative peace which has overtime reflected in the quality of students the school turns out annually. 

Ours is a phenomenal story of vision, passion, commitment and determination to succeed. Divinely inspired, the vision of NNSS Abeokuta as clearly expressed in its mission statement is 'to provide a conducive teaching and learning environment for students to achieve academic excellence". Our overall objective is to raise fine, well-rounded, well-educated, well-cultured, respectable, robust and God-fearing gentlemen who will make huge contributions towards the promotion and protection of human dignity in the country and the world at large. Our aim in education at NNSS Abeokuta is to produce a fully rounded person, someone who not only gets excellent grades, but has them upheld by the best values and can implement them through their self-confidence and the ability to lead and inspire others. One who will go on to become an exceptional individual.

Several years on, we are delighted and excited that our school have been making tremendous feats in both academic and non-academic activities. Our students are our proud ambassadors.
